Always remember that alli does not claim to work without consistent efforts toward weight loss from you. What they do claim is that it can improve your weight loss by up to 50%. That would mean a person who lost 10 pounds without taking alli would lose 15 pounds taking it. It boosts your weight loss and rewards your efforts with better results than you could get by yourself. Note though that individual results will vary and are not guaranteed.<br  /><br  />Sadly there is no magic diet pill that will melt away your excess pounds while you sleep, but alli is a pill that has documented results. Two thirds of adults in America are either overweight or obese. It is no secret that this is a growing problem that needs to be addressed.<br  /><br  />Have so many people always been overweight, or is this a recent phenomenon? If we take a look back in history, we&#8217;ll find that for the most part, people were slim and healthy.<br  /><br  />One of the reasons is that they got a lot more exercise than we do today. Not by choice, but because they had to. Back then, you had to work really hard to earn a living.<br  /><br  />Another reason is that they ate completely different food than we eat today. The food people ate a hundred years ago wasn&#8217;t filled with preservatives, and laced with chemicals. They hadn&#8217;t invented fast food yet.<br  /><br  />It&#8217;s easy to understand why their physical activity was so much more intense that ours today. Today&#8217;s world is more information based, so most people can work behind a desk all day long.<br  /><br  />What about the food? Why was it so much healthier then than it is now? For one thing, most food used to be made locally. Today, most food is made and sold all over the world. So it needs to have chemicals to make it stay fresher, for a longer period of time.<br  /><br  />This is great if you are a owner of a food processing plant. But what if you just want to get something to eat that doesn&#8217;t have as many chemicals as a high school chemistry lab? It&#8217;s easy to see that the more you eat processed food, the more your health can suffer.<br  /><br  />Getting food that doesn&#8217;t have all the chemical and preservatives can be difficult. So can getting enough exercise. But these two things are vitally important to your health.<br  /><br  />Simply by being aware of what needs to be done, eating right, and exercising a little bit more, you can take control of your health. Because your life is so important, this is something that should become a priority.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you take a look around next time you are out shopping, you&#8217;ll notice a staggering problem that has been getting worse and worse over time. More and more people are simply getting fatter and fatter. Over two thirds of adults today are either overweight, or clinically obese, according to official reports. And the problem doesn&#8217;t seem to be going away any time soon.<br  /><br  />The difficulty is why are so many of us so fat? It&#8217;s not like there is a big mystery behind gaining weight. You don&#8217;t wake up one morning to unexpectedly find you&#8217;ve put on a hundred pounds. You don&#8217;t go to your doctor and find you&#8217;ve contracted some unpleasant illness called fatness that is methodically out of your control. Most of us, if we are sincere with ourselves, know that it doesn&#8217;t take a rocket scientist to appreciate why we are so fat. We eat too much, and exercise too little.<br  /><br  />If you go to your community bookstore, there&#8217;s plenty of books on diverse diet plans, filled with low fat, healthful recipes on what to cook and how to eat. There isn&#8217;t any shortage of books on what exercises to do, and how to do them, and how often. If you decided to join a gym, it would be straightforward enough to find one, and sign up for personal training. Lack of resources is not our difficulty.<br  /><br  />Our difficulty, it seems, is pure lack of willpower. But is that in reality the case? Sure, if you suddenly change your diet and lifestyle, you would probably lose quite a bit of weight. If you stopped eating all fast food, and started working out at the gym for an hour or two every night, you would certainly fit into those clothes that you haven&#8217;t worn since high school. But is that really the finest course of action?<br  /><br  />I think it isn&#8217;t. I believe the best way to lose weight, is the equivalent way you gained it. Deliberate and steady. It took a while to put on all that weight, and it&#8217;s going to take a while to lose it. So don&#8217;t try and oblige yourself to lose twenty pounds a month. It&#8217; just not possible. If you try for something further than what is ordinary, of course you are going to run into difficulties. Only when you take a slow and steady approach do you have a probability of success.<br  /><br  />So what is the best slow and steady approach to weight loss? Walking. One foot in front of the other, again and again. It may not seem enchanting, or sexy, but walking will certainly get you out and active if you&#8217;ve been inactive for too long. And once you start a habit of going for a walk every single day, you&#8217;ll unhurriedly start to pick up other habits as well. Try it, you may find it to have a striking consequence on your health.</p>
